No, there is no such list that I know of; companions with no review policies must list those in their ads/signatures for staff to enforce same.
Fact of the matter: there are many well established (and some well credentialed) companions with few (or any) recent reviews.
Even more so, many many verified hobbyists have never posted any reviews.
