I'm not bailing H2, sorry if I gave that impression to you and others.

I was hoping the handful of trolls and negative trouble makers here would actually be the ones to bail.

I just tried signing into ECCIE via my protected Proton VPN, virtual private network, and while I wasn't blocked (H2 apparently bans most VPNs), same thing as reported above; messages indicated on the E, but I can't access them, no forums visible, and the "early June relaunch" message just stays up, so the E evidently isn't back to full functionality yet.

Should the site arise like a phoenix from the ashes, I'll peek in to check the changes in format and see what still pops up under my name and Showcase, but doubt seriously I'll be much of a presence there beyond. If the flaming and ugly E-trolls continue roving, I expect H2 members and staff to take a lot of heat for no good reason other than amusement and/or competitive angst.
Some E denizens seemed just a wee bit intolerant.
