    Horse back riding?

Looking to get back into riding (not that kinda riding get your head out of the gutter boys) but horse back riding, it was a loved past time of mine and I'm wondering where are some of the best places/ranches to go to in ATX for that. I know of areas in Fort Worth since that's where I'm from but I've been in SA and ATX too long to know of any spots. PM me pleaseeee or comment on thread whichever floats your boat. Thank you darlins❤❤❤

I'm from, Austin Texas but never rode horses here..
I used to ride all the time when I was a little girl, we have property out in the Hill country like Ingram Texas...

I've only taken one hobbyist out there, we mostly drove up big hills, then got out and started walking the trails out there.

Very peaceful, and no cell phone signal.. lol

I wanted to ask the same question!

I saw horses in Port Aransas for few years, but they are gone now. I drove there yesterday. Good! Because they looked very neglected all those years...
Horseback riding in South Padre Island is gone now too. Last summer, it looked, like horses are so malnourished and sad, it broke my heart.

I have not found anything south of Austin yet, but I was not looking very hard, yet.
I follow few horse farms from around the world on FaceBook and am learning psychology of horse training. Just for fun.

Boerne area is famous with horses.

Maybe we can find a farmer, who will allow us to ride a horse?!

In Gtown and or Liberty hill. Just north. I believe there are places to ride.

Depending how far north you want to go, there's a place in Troy that has someone who teaches lessons. There is 100 acres ish to ride on.
Place in belton also, but it's small.
