Call it whatever you want but i have went thru 3 female agents.. Who had high praise but i dont match with what typical women see as a must have.. And im very outspoken about it... I like land not island kitchens i prefer rural to urban as i dont see shopping as a weekend goal id rather go hiking or fishing..i have a better business registered company so employment or income isnt an issue ( plus i made mint on doge) my problem is i just dont think property aspects like most females.. So if there is any male real estate agents here i would sincerly appreciate a p.m ( im not looking for barters i can pay your commisions no worries)

No less then half acre property
No less then 4 bedrooms
No less then 2k square feet
No less then 2 full baths ( no shower only baths)
Must be gas kitchen ( i cook alot alot so electric ovens dont mix well billwise)
AND MUST BE OUTDOOR PET FRIENDLY.. I RUN A UKC AND ABKC REGISTERED BREEDING KENNEL..
