You'll probably get a hundred opinions about this, but IMO the best margaritas (frozen) are at Burgerteca. Also helps that they have a killer happy hour.

Try Mi Tirras downtown... awesome Margaritas....mostly a tourist place, but I like them with the free chips and salsa!

Best margaritas are from Soluna and El Mirasol! What part of the RGV are you from, I grew up down there.

    Thanks for your response..

You and the guys on the job recommend Soluna... They say try the Chispa Margarita ???
I'll have to give it a shot...

I'm really not from the RGV... I'm originally from Houston...
I was just working in the RGV and living in Harlingen the last 6 yrs...

Never thought I'd leave there so I made it my handle on here !!!

I guess momma was right "Never say Never "

El Mirasol and Soluna are sister restaurants and are my favorite.

A couple others are Paloma Blanco, El Jarro, and I’m also a big fan of Aldacos in SO.

    Happy margaritaing.

Pappasitos without a doubt. Order "top shelf" frozen. Two will get you going and the "good" tequila is not like funky well booze. I can't believe some of the tourist traps recomended above.
