Second time using this agency and it did not go as well as the first time. Slight hiccup in their communication cause me to wait around until after the scheduled start time and honestly I was about to just leave when I heard back from them. Here's my take:

I've seen her twice now at the Agency. I experienced many of the same activities as you.
