It’s going to get a lot crazier. The effects of inflation are just beginning to be felt due to economic policies being made in the government. I predict supply shortages will continue and runaway spending must be paid for. For those too young to remember or know, the inflation brought on by the energy crisis of the early 70’s was a very challenging time.

I predict a repeat.

I was in high school in the 70's but the one thing I remember and have tried to live by :

"CASH IS KING"

If you are not in debt, you will be able to pick up houses, buildings, etc. from people who are over extended. I hate to succeed on other people's misery but I did not cause their problems. I bought my office building during the Obama recession for 50 cents on the dollar. Ask your grand parents what it means to live under your means - anyone old enough who lived through the depression knows this.
Get ready because the "shit" is going to hit the fan within a few years!

Only time I ever remember seeing anything come from my savings account was the interest they charged during the Carter Admin.
