The PM is not supposed to originate from you. It is supposed to originate from the companion who saw you. Also, this needs to be done from two different companions who saw you, not just one.

Mokoa, I am also having trouble getting verified. Have 3 verified providers that have vouched for me, but so far have not heard anything back from admin.
