I love going on Switter and seeing familiar names / faces there. It is still a little confusing to me, though the format is vaguely similar to Twitter with hashtags, @-ing people and such so I have been able to navigate on there.
Also, for anyone trying to find people to connect with on Switter, you can use relevant hashtags (ex: #NewOrleans or #NOLA). There are also people using hashtags for this forum and the other forum.
