Nice job and appreciate the intel. Only issue I have, and have with her "friend" is rates. Linda Lee used to have a reasonable rate structure under another name, now, she is off my list and that is a shame. Same for this girl. Would engage at a more reasonable donation. But, to eah his own I suppose. Glad you had a good time with her.
