Can anyone tow a motorcycle for me?

Long story short, I let someone park their bike at my house and for the last 3 months they keep telling me that they’ll come and get it but they haven’t! I want this bike moved off of my patio and onto the street/ parking lot. I’m willing to pay with cash or through services ;)

If it doesn't have the steering locked.....you might want to push it out to the side of the street.
Odds are it will be gone the next morning.
