Survivors of the actual New Year's Eve celebrations (perhaps very quiet affairs) and/or the It's not quite NYE gathering.

San Antonio's string of meet & greets are back in view. (see signature for more dates)

Pre-invites are in the mail.

Responses are needed by 5 pm Tuesday so our quarantine friendly venue can prep up.

Good grub, good drinks, good prices.

No cover charge, but masking is mandatory to protect everyone.

Details, venue location, etc. go out only to guests saying they have a solid intention to attend; others are on "standby" or "fill in" lists and our venues (we have three so far) have strict social distancing, masking rules.

Our typical limit is 15 ladies/15 males and we rotate the lists so all have an opportunity to attend.

-- always carry your state issued ID, just in case.
-- please respect venue masking rules (you stand, you mask)
-- no outing of any one's attendance except your own
-- no outing our venues, please
-- no "pass along" invites -- everyone needs clearance from ck1942
-- events start at (11:30 am and end at 2 pm) or at (3:30 pm and end at 6:30 pm unless extended)
-- guests are expected to spend at least 30-45 minutes attending
-- if you pledge to attend, please do; if not, let the host know as early as possible to free up a space for someone on the "stand by" list
-- be generous please in tipping the wait staff

Invitees who don't reply or who no show drop to "standby list" -- those who decline invites due to personal safety requirements, but want to stay on the invite list, may get event notices but no invites until cleared by ck1942

Current vouching (for socials) is required.

Gents, please have at least two companions confirm sessions from within the past 90 days or so in order to stay current on the guest list or to apply for inclusion.

Please ask at least two established companions to pm ck1942 directly confirming sessions within the past 60 days. Note that events are geared for “active” hobbyists who play at least every month or two and who intend to actively attend events on a regular basis, meaning at least every other month or two.
What the companions need to tell me:
1)You respected all of their rules, and
2)They believe you will respect the event rules.
