Seafood, Rabelle in the St Anthony Hotel.
Biga on the Banks and The Fig Tree.
Biga has a really romance table right off the river (I believe it’s table #1), with gorgeous views and a curtain for additional privacy. The restaurant’s entire ambiance is fantastic. The food, delicious. I highly recommend it.

Downtown: Bliss or SILO Prime if you are entertaining a lady friend. I second the Biga recommendation as well.
Near downtown: Check out one of the options at the Pearl. You can't really go wrong with that spot.
