It's a shame that, in the hobby, we look with disdain on one of the most natural things in the world.

The problem though is like Krystal said earlier. And I agree with what she said very much, and a couple others as well.

We know it happens. Most of us have done it with someone outside marriage (one night stands, fwb's, providers....). Most of us have at least once.

The thing is that *advertising* just pushes a stygma that is already bad enough as it is without extra help :/

I won't judge someone who does advertise but I also think advertising is not the smartest thing to do. If the chemistry between two people is perfect, everything is super passionate, and you both feel safe in it, or you have come to know each other, etc etc or whatever makes you feel safe, then people engage in it "sometimes".

Advertising it just becomes an invitation to all sorts of weirdos, and definitely increases the rate of STD by "some", even if it didn't by much the stygma would be horrible. And that's even IF every sex worker took a type of PreP it would still go up some; maybe they don't take it as prescribed, can't get it once or twice, or that random one insane chance through higher occurrence rates, etc...

To make matters worse, not even close to half the sex workers are taking PreP. I'd be willing to bet less than 30% are even aware of its insane efficacy. Even then though, even then, it's still not an invitation to just advertise it. Nope. Definitely not

Oh and to respond directly to Kai, yes, the idea of getting bbfs IS exciting. BUT it's not the bbfs. It's being good, sexy, suave, smooth enough to get something many others don't. That's the excitement.

To know you turned a person on that much (regardless if it's bbfs). For example, even like real passionate DFK with a girl known to never do that (or very rarely - i.e. always posts "no kissing"). Two major problems:
1. experienced guys will smell that a mile off and be turned off by the performance.
2. even if you somehow pull off the performance(s) it will get around among the guys, locker, PM, socializing, etc... and you will then be expected to do it now as a regular service (under no such guise that it's "special") or you will risk ruin via multiple bad/angry reviews.

If I know a provider is offering bbfs I automatically cross them off my list. The hobby is risky enough covered so if a provider offers that to any hobbyist I would prefer not to go there. I know a guy who is hiv positive who dates and has uncovered sex all of the time because he believes he can not pass it on if his numbers are under control. He is not being honest and if those women knew he had hiv they would not chosen to sleep with him protected or unprotected. If it was known a provider had hiv then many would choose not to have protected or unprotected sex with them, so in my mind I assume someone providing unprotected is not concerned about catching or giving a std to our from a client. Many std's will not show any symptoms including herpes.

Everyone be careful. Even when it is not for sale sex is a risky practice without knowing your partner, so it is even more so in this hobby.

If you must know CK HAS stated to ladies that do not offer it who get tired of the asking and making reports about it to put it in our signature-ad but I guess you would have to have a fully verified providers account to know that. I know that some with limited access dont get all the memos.

These BBFS threads always crack me up. MANY ladies here offer it and few admit to it. Most of the guys already know this as it has been discussed many times. I dont judge anyone who chooses to offer/accept the offer. I just think its funny to watch the judgemental folks come to these threads and talk down about others when they should definitely not be judging others.
