In my experience:

House fee: 40 for hhr and 60 for hour

140 gets CBJ & CFS (including DATY)

I once had a girl negotiate me up to $200 and that added TUMA (not by my request)

I've never had BBBJ or CIM here, but I suspect that there is a lot of negotiating going on and there aren't fixed rates or services (especially if she remembers you).

What usually happens is (for me), on the flip, the girl asks what you want? I say "everything". She asks how much I'll pay. I say 140. And the fun begins.
