I returned to the hobby after several years away from it, and that return has not always been smooth sailing. I've had "issues" with providers come up here and there, but in the grand scheme of things I've realized those issues have been relatively minor. In some cases, problems occurred because of my own ignorance or lack of awareness; in other cases the origin of those problems have had nothing to do with me. The bottom line is that I appreciate those women who have been willing to have discussions to iron things out. The older I get, the more I realize the importance of being diplomatic and willing to listen in any sort of conflict, so thanks to those who subscribe to the same view.
