Our social events continue apace - more short and more sweet and obviously, masked and socially distanced. Still mostly lunches since our venue spaces are not ready yet for happy hours.

Venues are working with our social committee and although we cannot be at "full strength" we will be around 12 & 12 with even some out of town guests traveling and visitors attending.

Details, as usual, are restricted to our well vouched and verified attendees only.

Tuesday's drill was first run chill, not overloaded;

Wednesday was a better test of almost "wall to wall."

Since we are back to more often events, the social committee wants all to know:

there continues to be zero cover charge, but event rules have tightened up a bit due to venue space limits. We expect to be able to reserve several venues, much as in the past, depending on attendance forecasts.

-- please:

-- commit to attend and RSVP as soon as possible as we will have XX/YY guest limits to be adjusted based on anticipated attendance.

-- venue location will be sent only guests who pre-commit;

-- "standby's" & "maybe's" will be reserve listed for spaces that may come open, but will not have venue details unless the space opens.

-- current event rules --

-- always carry your state issued ID, just in case.
-- please respect venue masking rules (you stand, you mask)
-- no outing of any one's attendance except your own
-- no outing our venues, please
-- no "pass along" invites -- everyone needs clearance from ck1942
-- the event starts at xxx and ends at yyy -- don't hang around, please
-- guests are expected/required to spend at least 30-45 minutes attending
-- if you pledge to attend, please do; if not, let the host know as early as possible to free up a space for someone on the "stand by" list
-- be generous please in tipping the wait staff


If you have previously declined invites due to personal safety requirements, but want to stay on the invite list, you will be notified of upcoming events dates only.
