Would you purchase a Sex Bot?

I started watching a series on Netflix, produced in Russia called "Better Than Us" this weekend, which highlights lifelike robots that can do, pretty much everything. Then there is HBO's Westworld, plus a host of other movies highlighting sex and life companion robots. Technology is advancing rapidly. Human like Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming more and more of a possibility. The company, Real Dolls, already make a spot on, anatomically correct sex doll that is about as life like as you can get, even one with a self lubricating vagina. Just add AI and BOOM! Instant sex partner. So it made me think about asking this question to both the Guys and the Ladies.

If technology got advanced enough to create a sex bot, would you drop the cash on one?

If we're talking an android that is 100% identical to an actual human, besides being a robot... I mean that seems cool I guess. But what is on the market these days honestly seems AWFUL. The real thing is where its at.

I remember the original 1973 movie Westworld with Yul Brynner as the gunslinger, chasing Richard Benjamin, the guest, all over the resort. Pretty cool movie and plot in it’s day. In the end, Yul Brynner melted in acid and was burned.

yeah ... i would likely settle for less in the AI dept if the physical equipment associated with gfe was good ... i would welcome such an addition to my options. might be nicer than lotion and porn on a laptop. still need a provider option ... nothing better than a willing, sexy hawt provider. but ... i would play with a doll ... sure ....

I think people would be amazed at just how close we are. It’s already close enough to becoming a reality, that the “We know better than you” Government Regulators are looking at ways to control it. However, I still don’t have my flying car.
