    They did. Findings listed in previous comments (PLMS and some degree of OSA).

    A sleep Dr will have you do a sleep test and they can tell a lot from that. I have apnea and did for years and was always exhausted. The minute I got a CPAP machine my life changed. Sleep is restful and I'm not a zombie. Another thing that I've found to be a wonder if you have a hard time falling asleep is melatonin. It works wonders for me. About 20-30 minutes after I take I just drift off. Also, put down the cellphone and maybe just listen to a podcast or some music when it's time to go to sleep.
