I'm looking for suggestions for getting to sleep and (more importantly) staying asleep. And I'm desperate. I'm not interested in trying any of the z-drugs (they cause sleep fragmentation), and I've already tried benzodiazepines (they have no effect on me). I'm constantly running on fumes as I regularly wake up at 3 AM, and it's about to drive me insane (it's also been REALLY detrimental during sexcapades). Thanks for any insight.
