I was thinking about this the other day because my all time atf retired a few months ago and I almost retired with her. I’m an old man and it’s incredibly hard to really get a real connection, once you get it it’s definitely missed. I respected her decision of course to hang up her condoms lol and didn’t say a word although internally I was like damn, first she was amazing and second why I didn’t make the cut for utr( I always believe no provider truly retires). So I soldiered on with my rotation, but honestly without her in the rotation it just isn’t the same anymore. I don’t get the same zing or excitement. So my question is when do you know it’s time to retire from this. Maybe I’m just old, but I feel like Morgan freeman in Shawshank redemption when Dupree left. Any suggestions please? Thanks. Elmer, you may be old, but I bet you are not as old as I am. The question that you need to ask yourself is were you hobbying mainly bc of your retired ATF or were you hobbying bc you like to fuck? If it is the former, then maybe it is time to seriously consider walking away. However, if it is the latter, then hang in there. Basically, I believe you are still in the grieving process. From what I have read you seem to favor longer sessions, as do I. It seems that you do this pretty much for the same reason that I do. Companionship. I have found that there are a number of ladies that also enjoy that extra time, especially with the little older ladies. So, as I said. Once you truthfully answer the question of why you hobby, then you will know which path to follow.

Just My Opinion: The hobby begins to lose its thrill for me with that particular hobbyist once he displays signs of attachment. In a Providers personal life, someone is pleasing that pussy and getting the "real her" for free. If you were still paying a donation, you were never her ATF and the feeling was definitely not reciprocated; therefore making you replaceable. Regardless of whether she temporarily retired or went UTR, the feelings weren't mutual and the finance was replaced by someone else/others.

I am probably older than most of you. I have thought of getting out but even as we age we need need challenge and fun to stay active. I enjoy golf and the hobby. Over the years I have over 300 reviews on eccie and of course during that time I have had 5 or 6 providers I thought I could not live without until they left town or retired.
Beautiful women and horses have a lot in common. There is always one down the road that will take their place and make you forget what you lost and be thankful for what you have found.
I hobby about once a week and now my thing is I do not chase after providers but sit back and let them find me as my name gets around and I have a reputation of being on time, always show up, and good to help when rent is due.

Some leave the hobby fully. Some half ass leave- like no posting, using websites, or any advertising. Others may have sugar daddies. I said I’d never work in a strip club a day over my 30th birthday. I stopped stripping when I was 30, a week after my birthday. As far as hobbying, I may be going under the radar, and posting less. I did fully retire for a time. I had every intention to never return since my reason for retirement was marriage. That didn't work out, so I returned to the life I love.

Recently, I had hoped a situation would pan out to make "semi retirement" possible. By that I mean.....continue to see my known/trusted/regular Gents, discontinue advertising, and stop accepting new clients.
That was even less successful than my failed marriage LMAO!!!

Butt that's absolutely OK by me. I still love my job and I do not see that changing any time soon. As long as I continue to enjoy sex, I will not retire.
