I contacted them and was sent a password but the password doesn't work.

The website is a “do it yourself” job which means no testing, if it works it works, if not “oh well”. Try other devices. For example, I can use my password on my iPhone and get in with no problem. But it doesn’t work on my iPad or my laptop. Why, who knows? It’s hit or miss, don’t take it personally, there’s a good number of functions that don’t work, but there was minimal cost involved and it shows.
