To add a disclaimer or to not?

Someone had told me I should add a disclaimer on my website so I looked up some info on it and one lawyer online had said that by adding a disclaimer it would be like admitting your guilty and another attorney said yes we need to add a disclaimer to our websites, So Im a lil confused to say the least should we or should we not have a disclaimer?

Small caveat: I am not a lawyer, or even a paralegal, or legal expert in any way.

I would think you SHOULD add a well-worded disclaimer, that rates paid are for your time only, and not for ANY service, etc. Which is technically legal, even though everyone knows what you're doing. Just my .02
