    Best BBQ in downtown Houston?

    I’m in town for a few days and looking for the best bbq food downtown

    Suggestions?

    I think the only BBQ downtown is Pappas.

    Moonshiners on Main has something called Brisket nachos which are great.

    Brooke is correct about Pappa’s (which sucks). I’d venture over to the Montrose area and hit The Pit Room on Richmond. Damn good Q.

    Otto's barbecue at the downtown mall 1200 McKinney. I'll also vouch for the Pitt Room outside of downtown, also Gatlins isn't that far from downtown.

    Not anywhere near downtown but found this gem on my travels south (Kat's BBQ 3805 FM646, Santa Fe, TX 77510) if you're around that area it's worth a visit.
