    To my knowledge they are not straight parties...........based off a flyer i saw some time ago.

    My co-worker had a house in his neighborhood. It was being rented and on the days when the activities were happening it was all guys. A bunch of people called the HOA and the owner made a suggestion to the renters that they find another place
