Just speculation on my part, but I think it’s fallout from what happened to cityxguide. We’re finally seeing cases prosecuted based on the laws that have hit the books since 2018, so you may see more advertising sites head for the exits.

I think it's inevitable. STG is showing more spam and fake posts constantly. It's going to be hard to both parties to find equitable space to advertise as long as there are spam postings that muddy the posting threads.
