How are the rules here adjudicated?

I’m seriously curious because it seems like the rules are based on a sliding scale. Do the powers that be like this particular member more than the one they are laying the sledgehammer to. I understand life ain’t fair but at least give someone a heads up and then that party can decide whether or not they want to subjugate themselves to an unfair system. All of my vouches are on point; I’ve never not paid, harmed a female in any way, went over my time or any other nefarious infractions but yet I’m treated like the scarlet letter, but other members have free reign to tee off on Shine with little or no consequences, but dare I defend myself and it’s a year ban or permanent revocation of a membership that I’ve never abused in a way that should be of any concern to the ladies. In fact I’m a gentleman’s gentleman in the true sense of the word; having money doesn’t make one a gentleman there are a ton of rich asses out here. Having said that I would like it straight and out in the open; can I participate here without having to go through bullshit or is it the desire of the powers that be that I not engage in starting any threads in coed or attempting to enjoy the rights of membership here by seeing ladies, being overly gracious during the session and of course donating full freight. If that’s the case, I will make my presence like Casper and leave you’ll to a system that truly can’t be inclusive to everyone as is clearly stated in the rules I didn’t read. Clarification please.ie; I didn’t understand how my vivid live thread wasn’t hobby related, it’s a drive thru with dancing females, with less clothing on than you would see at the nearest second baptist. I have not been a member of staff here very long. But from what I have seen just since you have returned is a lack of respect. Respect is the number one rule here on OH2.

Personally, I find your bastardization of names/handles extremely disrespectful. Krystal Rose has been a big part of my identity for nearly 2 decades. That's longer than many here have been of legal age of consent.

Respect is subjective. In my way of thinking, it requires one to consider others before speaking or acting. Even tho you KNOW that most members are irritated by your "Da Great" way of speaking, you continue. You are fully capable - as evidence above clearly shows - of clear and concise communication. You CHOOSE this persona that many find disrespectful.

As a member of staff, I have not yet come across any post of yours that was in clear violation of OH2 rules. (Key word being "clear" as in, not subjective to personal feelings)

Only extreme disrespect. Which I have replied to as a companion. (no bold purple) If I had, or ever do find you in violation of OH2 rules, you can be sure that I will do my very best to keep my personal feelings about you out of it and treat you with a LOT more respect than you have treated members here, myself and my name.

Corrupting the commonly quoted phrase in which "it takes a community to raise a child" members when they arrive here are treated as adults who are expected to respect themselves, each other and the virtual hobbyverse community.

Those within oh2 who act otherwise are given some opportunity (and some guidance) up to the point where it is evident that opportunity & guidance cannot overcome discordant/evil intent.

African Americans have long been rich, inate, multifaceted storytellers out of necessity. My life is a beautiful collage, similar to the story of the veterinarian in my favorite movie of all time, Water for Elephants. My persona was born out of members consistently chiding others about commas, paragraphs etc as if this is a quarterly report to stockholders. It was never meant as a dig at any particular race, because lack of proper dictation and grammatical skills covers every race in my opinion. Most thought of it as a dig at African Americans, it wasn’t , and honestly da great finds that in itself prejudicial and an underlying sentiment in America about people of color. It was a dig at the power brokers here who think eccie and our home are their personal boards and they can force a member to think in the way they feel they should think.

Krystal I’m simply not typing out your whole name, Krysto or whatever I called you was actually a term of endearment, something like when we give pet names to people we are endeared to. I have an extreme board crush on Fancy, nothing weird or stalker like of course, which is why I called her fanso. No ill intent was ever meant, on the contrary those who I give nicknames to shows that I really enjoy and am endeared to you. I find you very sexy, at least from the way you communicate here and by the reports I’ve heard from my private board pipeline. I will cease.....(by the way I feel the way I feel about fancy based on her unbelievable fairness, kindness, sensitivity, humor, wealth of information that she shared with anyone. God she is terribly missed and I send her beautiful thoughts wherever she is)

In summation I will be posting less. My fun way of communicating is my way of enjoying the board and a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of real life. If I can’t have that then what’s the point. Others are allowed their personas; one writes in poetry, one writes as if if was desiminating a stock report, another writes with a mathematical flair. In all honesty I find those personas extremely annoying and overkill, but who am I to impose my will on others. This is supposed to be a no judgement, safe zone where members are allowed to be whoever they want to be. Are you a danger to the community and by danger I mean physical harm, thievery, outing etc. I never knew sharing ones own personal information was disallowed, I don’t believe that’s in the rules I didn’t read, I was left with the assumption that sharing others personal information was the cardinal sin. Anyhoo I’ve pretty much gotten my answer. I go against the rules because certain people don’t like the way I choose to express myself HERE. Just a observation. Also Shine posts get moved-deleted all the time. Its nothing personal. Just as time changes so do rules and spamming coed is what ppl dont want to see anymore.

I'm not a fan of "pet names" given to me by strangers. I never have been and I never will be. No matter who does it. You and I have never even corresponded - in private or in public forums - until your "apology" thread after I replied as a member of staff in hopes of keeping the replies to you civil. So I am confused as to how you could possibly be "endeared" towards me?? I wasn't worth the time of day before volunteering to help out here.

I have never perceived your "persona" as any kind of racial statement. Just as something fake, not real, not the real you. I'm not a fan of anything that is less than honest and real.

I think you - "Da Great" as well as the real you - could be a valued member of OH2 if you would just consider other's before posting. Every member is here for some type of entertainment. What one considers fun may irritate someone else.

To post with the INTENTION to simply irritate others for your own entertainment....????? THAT'S what I consider disrespectful to the community at large. And that is how I personally perceive most of your board presence that I have had the time to read/decipher.

Like I have said before, I will do my absolute best to keep my personal feelings out of any action I take as a member of the OH2 staff.

Shine......I am at peace but thank you. My contention with you has ALWAYS been that your choice of words, when you are the "other shine", seemed to mock the race you claim to be. Maybe you think that if you are black.....it's "cool" to do. Something akin to a double standard. I told you a long time ago that I have many black good friends. I treasure their friendship the same way I treasure all my good friends. When you talk as the ""other" shine.....I take offense because to me....you are mocking your race.
I find that very offensive and most of my black friends would as well. I think that, more than anything else, irritates people in real life and here on this board and others.

I think I may not be the one that needs to find peace. It is my sincere hope that YOU find peace. Once you find it you will be a much happier individual and won't have to play games with your identity and it will be much easier for you to gain the respect you seek so badly.
