If a person who started a negative gets banned, why does the review still exist?

Can't edit a title, meant to state a negative review. Sorry.

    For example this one.

    https://home.ourhome2.net/showthread...-on-Everything

It's about his lack of credibility, that could harm a ladies business. I mean if the guy is proven to be a liar or have an agenda, then I consider everything he posted to be a lie.

Or if nothing else, could the review be locked and a post made that the reviewer has been banned?

If it's an older review, I understand, I guess after some thought, this post relates to the link I supplied, where the guy was banned a day or so after the review was posted.
