Kim Jong-Um dead?

So there's quite a bit of news reporting North Korean leader Kim Jong-Um is dead or incapacitated. If he is dead, how do you believe this will affect the world moving forward? Historically, when a dictator dies and there's no heir apparent, there's often a power struggle which usually becomes bloody. Even though not confirmed, I believe they have nukes and this could get really bad.

Try this on for size. That murdering, potbelly dictator has his hand in the export of AMP employees to the US. Some of whom wind up in DFW. They work in AMPS and send their earnings back to the North Korean dictator or he murders their families.
