Yes. still 60% people on the street without marks. That is why we have more people confirmed per 10000 people. No saying we have unconfirmed people running around on the street due to test limitation. Not like some people saying, this virus passes and kills much quicker than normal flu, and no vaccine so far. Until all of us put on mask the confirmed number will skyrocket.
