Abbott just banned all road travel to/from Louisiana as well as more restrictions from NY, CA, NJ. TX Hwy patrol will be stopping people at the border.

People coming into Texas from Louisiana must self-quarantine for 14 days and they are stopping personal vehicles at the border to get contact information. The fine is $1000 for non-compliance and up to 180 days in jail, but obviously they aren't putting you in jail if they actually think you are postivie for the virus.
