My company is exempted. But my job is not listed there. But it is covered as a support function for the company so I have a letter and am free to go to work (think jobs like Payroll, legal, finance, safety).
Sure...you see a salon or tanning place open feel free to report, but with bigger companies a lot of grey...
Don't forget we are in Houston TX every other person you see works in or supports Oil and Gas which is considered an essential.
Energy is an exempt industry but that does not exempt every person in that industry. Critical support functions only. The Order is clear enough about that so hopefully a bunch of people aren't thinking they have an exemption when they do not. My company has a defined list of people, by function, and a defined process we have to follow while traveling for work under the Order.
