Don't know which lady you saw but I go to this one often and there is one lady there that does me right all the time.. there are other ladies there who do not seem to like to get frisky so you might have gotten one of them.

What I suggest is get the name of any lady at a spa (if they have business cards get her to right her name on it) so you can ask for her. If she not there or busy, say you will come back.
