Amber provides great service, hands-down. I've had her flake on me a few times with once keeping me going with the "I'm on the way" line. This last time she was 90 minutes late and then said we didn't agree on the price. I take some blame there, but I've never experienced it before and it left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively).
