i had some 3 weeks ago at a friend’s boil. Delish. They can’t make it right here in Dallas. It has to have the fixings... sausage, corn, potato, onions and mushrooms and spiced right. Too bland here.

I can remember when crawfish was less than $2 a pound cooked back in the early 90s. Now It will cost you $30-50 a person.
