Consensus sought on trolling

Jumping over from the previous house to our new home, some of you may remember me. When last we departed I "shared images and words humorous" (What did SHE say about quoting yourself?) some deemed "fucking cold." Still others found a teachable moment. Hence, the Glasgow smile.

I think true humor has no bounds. The last picture I posted was of Bob McNair with virtual air quotes saying some people are just too sensitive. Race humor. I can be innocuous. Or indignant. Even indifferent. Somewhere I heard or read that "there is no accounting for the public's taste." (Even now I just had a joke in mind about the public's waste.)

So. What do you think? What do you remember from my previous persona?

I see trolling and humor as two vastly different things.

Trolling is playing devil's advocate for the sake of playing devil's advocate; or even worse, for the sake of "getting a rise" out of somebody aka emotionally manipulating a person for your own sick, sadistic pleasure.

Humor is humor. Some have dry humor, some have lewd humor, some are just silly. The difference is that trolling usually has a nefarious goal whilst humor does not.

I've always taken your posts as the latter and not the former, therefore, I do not have an issue with them, sir. :)

Trolling should only be a type of fishing.

I sure hope the Trolls from the other place don't migrate here. All they offered was their negative criticism of others, unfortunately, on a regular basis.
