NC guy here, frequent visitor to Texas around the La Grange area. P-411 with 30+ OKs. Question is if looking is La Grange considered " Austin or Mid Cities " ????? For me its kinda like " West Texas " I have no idea what that means. Any input welcome.
La Grange is pretty much between everything and has no actual activity. I would suggest Austin if you’re looking to play.
The area should've been referred to as CenTex / Waco-BCS-Temple/Killeen
Problem is most individuals think of Mid-Cities as the DFW-HEB area (known as Hurst Euless Bedford) vs. Mid-Cities Central Texas (not ideal). We CenTex peeps get the lack of correct geographic identity or thought...most outside don't.
