So this... I was going to say gentleman, but what he did was not very gentlemanly. He set up an appointment with me and then he told me he was on his way after I gave him the address, and when I texted him like an hour later I asked him if he was close and he never answered back .I sent him a few more texts and he never answered back. When he finally did respond because I said I was going to put an alert out on him, his excuse was that he was waiting for a friend to bring him a tire jack because he didn't have one of his own and he was changing a tire. I don't see how that keeps a person from responding. Sounds like a BS excuse to me.
