As for the surprise, well I cannot express how excited I am about who is coming, my favorite from Kiev, Lenochka, who IMO looks a lot like Elke Summer and Alaina who is another favorite but she will be mostly for Jane's entertainment. Then there is the prospect of FOURSOMES and I am Not talking Golf. They arrive tomorrow, so if I never report back you can be assured that I died a Happy Man. LOL

My crew is having a great time in Bermuda in fact one of the guys has hooked up with a local Brit girl and they are living at her apartment. I am beginning to miss the ocean and told Jane that. She said she is missing the sailing as well so we will be casting off by the 28th or 29th and heading East for the 1640 NM trip, Captain says we'll do so according to what the weather is doing so that could be delayed by a couple days-or not. I hear that there is quite a large low out there now and want to avoid that if possible, Captain did say that this could be a very enjoyable sail if we catch the weather systems just right, he is very experienced and very good at what he does.
The general contractor foreman on site at the villa says that the barn people arrived with 7 truck loads of material for the barn and they have cleared and leveled the site, they say that it should only take 10 days to complete the barn but then we will have the native stone facade applied. The contractor will do the stable build out inside a portion of the barn, we are having 8 stalls put in and have planned a paddock for the area immediately adjacent to the barn for the horses to "Loaf" in. The main building the old structure has been gutted and reinforced with steel and they are building the 2nd floor in it now. The new structure is well underway and the paving company has 8 pieces of big road building equipment on site and will start that project in Late Jan or early Feb. The solar company spent 3 days building and installing the solar system and they have run lines to the main building and to the foreman's house and the barn as well. We decided to set up another solar system on the other side of the property to handle a well and the solar water system for the cattle. We will have 3 water wells and all will be run by solar powered pumps, the water is just OK tasting IMO anyway so I will be Forced to drink wine. LOL
The grounds foreman called me and thanked me for the generous raise and to report on progress of the fencing protect. He is a very happy guy and he does have a lot of work ahead of him. He told me that the SIP building crew arrived and have been putting up walls and he is amazed at how fast it is going up. He said he brought his wife to the site one afternoon but had to take her away since she decided that they (the building crew) were doing it wrong and wanted to correct them, glad he managed to get her out of there before she did any of that. LMAO He was laughing when he told me the story as well but I am sure she was not in ear shot of the conversation.
