There are a million fake Twitter accounts with thousands of followers lol. Kim Kardashian probably has been impersonated a dozen times. I would not advertise this person as being the one to follow an escort, and you did good by not posting publicly, because it's probably someone looking to SMEAR them, not actually them.

Pretty sure someone would realize that there's a record of who just started following so and so, and a screenshot could be captured. I highly doubt it is the actual person in question, c'mon.
