Exactly! Private owned places , in my experience are way better! They tend to be a bit more took care of, because its their property/ investment.

I've used contacts from the board numerous times throughout the years for both incalls & residences & have never once had an issue.

I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Right. I asked the same question probably a couple years ago when I was looking for places to actually rent for my residence oh, never once had an issue.
