Haha Anna. Very funny
You look super hawt as always & I don't doubt your "pink taco" is in absolute tip top shape! ;P
The rest below is simply educational material for anyone who wants to read. It's not at all to be argumentative with anything you said (wanted to be clear on that which is also why I placed the separator line).
With 7 births yes it's going to be easier. The body is already used to delivery, contractions, cervix dilation to allow the baby through, her pelvic structure (4 pelvic structure types, some of which make it easier)....
Certainly postpartum there is a lot of trauma & the opening will temporarily widen some for delivery. This goes away. The vaginal introitus & canal will contract to original size.
Studies & OBs report no appreciable change on average once healed.
That being said women do need to do kegels & exercises. Especially if they had an unusually large child or multiple deliveries. It will not be incredibly noticeable even
*if* that happens & that is only a small % of women. A baby coming out
faster is b/c a woman is less anxious, her body is more able to handle the stress, to relax, the cervix dilates more easily; she knows how to deal with the contractions & to push via her experience.
That is why follow up births go faster,
*not* b/c the introitus or canal is larger.
Think about it too. If this were actually true and the vagina didn't almost always return to its pre-stretched form then any time you had lengthy sex with a large penis or masturbation with a very large object (look at what some of those extreme porn girls or into certain fetishes put inside them
) you would now render any smaller penises or objects put in later as feeling "looser" inside.
The body does change, of course. The pelvic floor modifies. The muscles of the abdominal wall "can" separate making them weaker. Many of these things can change how you feel when using your muscles pre-birth to control things when having sex (as all women do to varying degrees). It may not
feel the same post birth. However, the actual vaginal introitus & canal do not appreciably change in size after fully healing & contracting.
I hypothesize that reports of women after childbirth whom notice that their old tampon size feels ever so slightly loose, or wriggles out, either haven't allowed enough time postpartum (~6-8wks
*if* not breastfeeding) AND/OR it's the the change in those abdominal muscles & pelvic floor that change your natural clenching reflexes. Sort of like as you age a fart can slip out. Lol.
Do we think the butthole isn't as tight? Hehe. Nope. Just aren't able to "catch" it if that ever happens. Rectal muscles are more relaxed with age & also weaker. Same deal. This is particularly why women postpartum need to train their body again on using those pelvic floor muscles. It could also be that the muscles & tissues have still not fully contracted (fully healed).
The other thing is that a large portion of
tightness is due to pelvic floor muscles in the first place, so strengthening them will enhance the "tightness" of any vagina whether pre or postpartum.
I wrote this primarily b/c I don't want mother's to be shamed into the myth of the vagina not working as well after childbirth. I hope to educate both women & men on the facts & not shame women who have children.
