    Updated Local Event Rules

(Please note: membership at ourhome2.net is optional and does not affect or enhance meet & greet invitations. But ourhome2 is where the private M&G forums are located and OH2 private messages are my main communications channel.)

All attendees are admitted only by invitation confirmed by ck1942.

== Well established or properly vouched new companions (including UTRs) who accept the event rules.

== Well established, active hobbyists with a minimum of two active vouches from established companions for sessions from within the past 90 days or so. Active means hobbyist who play at least once a month.

    Periodic revouching is required.

Occasional attendance is required for guests living in the local M&G area(s), meaning at least attending events at least once or twice a quarter.

Invitations are extended only to **respectful** members of the greater hobbyverse who respect the event rules below:

    === > Event Rules < ===

All events are only a "meet & greet" -- and all who attend are expected to follow the rules below:

If you attend, it is presumed you have read the rules and have agreed to follow them. Those who don't will not be invited to future events.

Only those who receive an invitation may attend.

No uninvited nor unsponsored guests not previously cleared by ck1942.

Vouching usually closes 48 hours before an event.

If you have "issues" with folks elsewhere, like on a review board, and if you are invited to attend an M&G, you are expected to leave ALL issues outside the venue and behave with respect and courtesy for all who attend.

**respectful** is defined persons/persona who are NOT:

bullies, shamers, scalawags, scamps, harassers, stalkers and abusers who show lack of respect to others on or off the boards.

Please note: these events are only "meet & greets" and an invitation is never a guarantee of anything more than a simple introduction to those who attend. Vouching for an event is not equal to or a substitute for "screening for a session."

In fact, I instruct all attendees to do their appropriate research before planning anything more than "meeting and greeting." We also instruct all who attend to directly (and immediately) report to hosts/organizers any activities that violate these rules.

*** Outing anyone else's attendance or posting anything personal about anyone (other than yourself) attending an event is considered a serious violation of the M&G rules and your invitation status will be reconsidered automatically and may be withdrawn or denied by the social committee.

The ***above*** means zero disclosure or discussion about anyone at an event, except discussion with those who were at that specific event or discussion within the event private forums here on ourhome2.net

Dress code: please wear clothing appropriate to the venue so we can respect both the venues and their civilian patrons. Since events usually occur in a venue that holds a liquor license, it is always best to have a state or federal ID - just in case.

Since most venues have a smoking area outside the main meeting space, meet & greet attendees should make their smoking breaks brief and to return immediately to the main gathering space so all of guests can interact as a group. And to preserve entry into our space for our guests only.

We’ll try to reserve a smokers table outside just for our group to ward off interaction with non-guests. Please, no “hanging” at the smoking table.

To preserve our group’s anonymity, please do not arrive before the event’s starting time.

And, please do not interact with civilians at a venue except to say hi or bye. Instruct those who inquire about possibly joining to see "Father Peter" - the host.

Please leave the venue when the event is over. Our community’s security depends on our members NOT hanging out or being “regulars” at any of our civilian venues.

"After-parties:" Not unusual that some M&G attendees continue their camaraderie following an M&G. Note that the M&G organizers and hosts do not plan any formal after-parties and are not responsible for what might happen following a M&G.

    No illegal activities.

That means no play for pay, no drugs, absolutely nothing that can compromise the security of our members, guests and our host venue.

Please respect all attending by no inappropriate touching.

For the security of all involved - no camera action.

If you don't understand the rules, please ask ck1942 to explain.

    How to get an invite:

companions: active, prospective or retired, please send me a direct request (either pm or em) to start the screening and invitation process. Or have an established provider or hobbyist endorse you for an invitation.

Hobbyists: send me a pm and please have at least two established companions send me vouches for sessions from within the past 90 days or so.

What a companion needs to tell me about a hobbyist:

    1) the hobbyist respected all of her rules

    2) the companion believes the hobbyist will respect all of the event rules.

A reminder that on and off board behavior or lack of respect is an integral consideration for social invitations.

    Ladies, please note:
    --
    ck1942 doesn't vouch for hobbyists.
-- "Verified hobbyist" is only a title; he should always be screened/vouched
-- Very aware hobbyists always start a contact process by sending a PM before sending any texts!
