Hotels or apartments?

Which incall do you prefer; Hotels or private apartments?

They each have their own pros and cons...

Apartment/House
Pro:
Safety, more of and intimate setting

Con:
Gate codes, visitor parking, Finding the correct apartment


Hotel
Pro:
Parking is usually easy, finding room is usually easy.

Con:
After certain hours the front doors lock so room key is needed for entry or converse with the front desk person, less of an intimate feeling.

Motel(by the hour)
Pro:
Cheap

Con:
Depending on time and location the parking lot can be a cause for concern.

BUT the most important thing is CLEANLINESS. I have walked away from all 3 locations because of filth!

I much prefer apartments.

To add to Fitz’s List, when I park at the covered parking garages of two my favorites, my cell phone doesn’t work. The first time that happened I ended up 15 minutes late for my date.

Some hotels now require card keys to get into the elevator. But then again, there are Austin apartments with the same barriers.

Hotels might have nosy employees, but apartments might have nosy neighbors.

I’ve only done a notel once. That was enough for me.

Dallas Rain hosted once at a nice Austin motel with room entry right off the parking lot. That was handy.

Bottom line, I prefer apartments. But if the right woman hosts from a hotel, I will gladly be there.

I recently started hosting from my private apartment now that it's fully furnished and I'll say I've been having a better experience. I feel safer, more intimate setting, and comfortable. It's a very nice complex and is gated so I make sure that anyone stopping by is equip with the code so they can enter easily and my apartment is easy to find but I'll usually step outside to be sure.

And I've saved way more money, versus hotel bookings. No maids knocking at the door. I'm loving it.

Apartment for sure, nosy neighbors can be a worry but to a point that the hosts responsibility we’re both going to be safe....that being said I’m always aware of my surroundings if you know what I mean.

Apartments or nice hotels but they usually end up being the Inns.
