Just the simple act of filling out the screening form correctly and honestly shows us that you're willing to follow directions. That gets you a lot of points in our book. We like honest people. It makes business easier on all sides.
As far as the actual information that FCS collects: It is used to double and triple check through various sources that you are who you say you are.
The character checks that FCS does looks to see if you're someone that's prone to addictive behavior or if you have some serious personal problems in your life that could transcend over to an appointment with a provider.
This information weeds out people who have shown clear tendencies to be people who don't follow basic rules, potential stalkers, etc.
Because we run things this way, we don't have the problems that most providers do. A 'bad call' for us isn't even on the same level of dangerous as a bad call for other providers.
The reason we don't take provider references is because a provider could simply lie about a client because she has cut a deal with LE. For all we know, LE could be standing right next to her as she answered the phone to give the OK to a reference request.
Simply put, we feel like we cannot trust those who don't do business our way. It's a bit arrogant but we're really that certain of the success of our business practices.
HOW WE DO THINGS

We're not locked into just one location. For best results, make your incall/outcall service request at least 12 to 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
