Attorney (not for a criminal case)

Hi

So I’m in search of an attorney who can help with legal advice NOT regarding criminal or law, it’s to Appeal a LTD benefits that were closed for lack of sufficientl supporting documents and medical records.
I just would like to know what steps should I take if they decide it’s still not enough evidence.

I had two previous times where I needed an attorney. I called the San Antonio Bar Association - they had a referral services. Told them what I needed and they gave me an attorney name and phone number to contact. In both cases, I had a really good attorney. Not sure if they still provide referrals but hope this helps.
