Ok.....so people are risky.....at the incall. Let's go with that assumption as fact! Would that not mean counter-measures or contingency plans are needed to change risky behaviors by people at the incall location.....know? Is that not known in the business world as a risk assessment? The intent being to mitigate potential risks.....at the incall? Change my mind!
