    Safe Places

    Never been to Midland and thinking about coming..... Anyone know of any good safe locations.
    Any recommendations?

    Or hotels to stay away from....

    Stay away from Bus. 20 hotels. Seems that's a favorite area for OPD and MPD to run their stings for both hobbyists and providers. Last session I had there was at the Sheriton 4 points off of 250. Not the cheapest but then again, the cheap one's are the one's you want to stay away from.
    The extended stay one's are usually full of oilfield workers. If you stay there, be prepared to be awakened at 4 AM. Not to mention some of them aren't the best of types.
