Seems like activity has slowed here. And some moderators are not very active. Most of the mods were carry overs from the ASPD days. Any thoughts to reevaluation?

Candidly, we don't expect as much traffic here as back there, nor, for that matter, expect staff to put in as much time here, either.

Staff, like members, should spend most of their time enjoying the real world.

Hundreds of members are here daily, most obviously not posting.

That said, home2 will be expanding staff a few at a time.

Thanks for the response ck. I'm sure members who want this house to grow will be willing to help as the opportunities present themselves.

I personally am glad for the break.

There were so many issues with the old board function wise it was a major pain. Fortunately most of the real work fel on the admins, especially ck but it was a bitch to go through reviews and then have the board time out or crash before you could save the work.

then there was dealing with the juvenile behavior of so many of the members, I cant tell you how many times I wanted to pint people for genereal cluelessness but that would just create more work. Besides, I sort of enjoyed watching some of the members both male and female destroy their reputations with their posts.

I was conflicted with two different thoughts processes one wanted to shut down the juvenile behavior and the other was to let it go since they were mainly hyurting themselves. In retrospect it probably hurt the board overall but at least it let people know what the true nature of some of the posters was. As far as reviews go it is basically one persons opinion of what they percieved as being their truth. I always thought it funny that some guys would call a girl with some meat on her bones a BBW when she was of normal weight and porpotion. Their taste was for bone thin model types and if you couldnt see their bones they were fat.

In fac, after becooming a mod, the time spent working cut into my free time so much I seldom had a chance to hobby. Oh there wer othe issue too such as my deteriorating vision.

Oh yeah, I always got a kick out of the ones that thought the board was monitored by mods 24/7 and they expected instantaneous action. That was a good one.

I wouldnt trade the experience for anything except a chance to d italia, courtney of houston before her boob job and a few others.

Little known fact. I did THE MUA in 1976 or 77 it is difficult to put about 5 years during that time in the proper order. I never did get to do her in the second incarnation fo my later years.....lol

    Enough of my museings.
