Regardless, Home2 has always been my 'safezone'.
It matters none to me as I will continue to frequent in here as I cannot predict the future, either good or bad, of aspd.

One of the things that spooked me about ASPD was how easy it was to find. All the mentions on CL and BP promote it. I figured if a total NOOB like myself could find it, then it was immediately on LE's radar. I basically counted on LE's apathy towards our version of the hobby to protect me. Responding to a community's complaint of SWs soliciting on their streets and doing business in their alleys gets good press and makes for good film on the nightly news. It's also easy to do-- just put a undercover on a strip and wait for the busts.

That being said, I like the idea of a secure website that is invite only. Police who were looking to bust internet hobbying wouldn't go the extra mile of infiltrating further than a promoted site. The problem is how to replentish the membership. Without new providers getting involved, the fellas lose interest. Without new hobbyists joining, the ladies have less incentive to participate.

It would be nice to have an active site around for those of us whose paranoia is perking up.

Think RAPS (Review and Posting Society) which is the "subtitle" for ASPD.

Read into "RAPS" or into "ASPD" whatever you want to read.

Since I am somewhat shocked at what I just now read on ASPD, posted for the board owner, I'll refrain from any instant reference to that, or comment or whatever.

Escorting is not illegal.

Prostitution is.

Escorting is the offer of time for "companionship" which can have a variety of meanings. Some of which all of will instantly assume is "you know what it is."

Be that as it may, escorting done properly can result in a lot of "fun."

Whether that fun is illegal or not depends on the process by which the fun was arranged.

Most LEOs and certainly prosecutors, and probably many judges and juries will always be convinced that if the

LEOs were watching a certain lady's front door.... And indeed she advertises all over the internet .... no matter what or how she says things .... the above will assume that if

... ck1942 walks in at 10 a.m. and

... strolls out at noon... that ck1942 has just now gotten illegal sex.

But the law says that is not enough evidence for arrest, trial and conviction absent the elements of the criminal act... i.e. solicitation - the offering of sex for money or money for sex.

And if the boudoir is wired for sight and sound, they will never hear nor see me participating in the elements of the crime.
